Refund policy

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All items are shipped from Malaysia. Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, except for pre-order items. Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. Processing time begins after order confirmation and does not include transit time.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia are shipped via J&T. Domestic deliveries are expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with tracked delivery via SF Express or FedEx. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and are estimated to arrive within 2–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on your selected destination.

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. ANN JOE does not provide estimates for such fees, as they vary by country. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us at press@annjoe.world within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery and must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in complete original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking details for all return shipments must be provided via email. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the return parcel is not received and no tracking information has been supplied.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
